- Contraindications: Keep eyes closed. Be cautious of steam burns; maintain a safe distance. Not recommended for children without strict supervision or for people with severe asthma.

- Not for broken skin. Seek medical care for severe sprains, joint instability, or if popping sound heard.

- Use fresh aloe leaf. Have raw honey and lavender oil available.
